On March 15, 2016, a majority of voters in the Village of Ottawa approved a referendum that authorized the formation of an "opt-out" governmental aggregation in compliance with Section 4928.20 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding the governmental aggregation of gas & electric service for consumers.  

Current Contracts

Gas:   The Village has secured a new contract with Nordic Energy Services, LLC @ $6.49/mcf for 12 months; Begins November 2025 & expires November 2026 

To Enroll With Nordic Energy Services, LLC:  1-877-808-1022

Electric:  Energy Harbor, LLC @ $0.0798/kWh for 36 months - Begins June 2023 & expires June 2026 (36 months) 

To Enroll With Energy Harbor:  1-888-254-6359

Eligibility based on less than 700,000 kWh annually for electric & less than 500 MCF annually for gas

If you are currently in a contract with another supplier, you will not be automatically enrolled with the Village's program, but can still join.  Checking with your supplier for contract terms (early termination fee, etc.) is recommended.
